Angela Akers, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Bluestone Health Association with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her BSN from Bluefield State College and her MSN from Marshall University, becoming a certified FNP in 2018. Since then, she has provided compassionate, patient-centered care with an emphasis on prevention, education, and holistic health. Angela is dedicated to empowering patients to take active roles in their well-being and fostering long-term wellness. Married to her high school sweetheart, she is a proud mother of two and soon-to-be grandmother. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and hiking, finding joy and balance in family and nature.
